Porotos

Here we call porotos to the beans. And there are two popular dishes: porotos con riendas and porotos granados. The first is beans with pasta and small pieces of zapallo. The other one is earlier beans with small pieces of corn and zapallo, and especially, with mazamorra, a kind of sauce made with corn. It is definitevely one of my favourite dishes. I'd like you taste it too.
